ZURICH
Zurich, a canton of northern Switzerland has come a long way from its Celtic identity of Turus. But the local orthodox Zürchers make it a point that the city name is properly pronounced as tsoorikh in their dialect. Once famed as the most tranquil city of Europe, the city walked to the path of industrialisation and hugged the bustle of city life instead. Zurich takes a prominent place in the commercial map of Europe. It is the hub of a printing and publishing industry machine manufacturing.
